Background : Breast cancer is the second most common in world and women with an estimated 1.67 million new cases diagnosed 2012 (25% of all cancers). According to data from World Health Organization (WHO), incidence increased 12.7 2011 14.1 2017, while number deaths 7.6 people 8.2 2017. 2017 (WHO, 2018).The main problem breast irregularity it rare do a self-examination (BSE) correctly. The implementation BSE activities for starts childbearing age, because 85% abnormalities are actually discovered by patient first time if there no mass screening. Purpose purpose this community service increase public knowledge, especially age about importance early detection through Self-Examination (BSE).
